Partner Terms

The TonalBrain partner programme is by invitation. When we invite you, we give you a partner link, a discount code for your audience and a partner dashboard at tonalbrain.com/partners.

You earn 30% of what your customers pay us, for 12 months from the day they first come to us through you. “What they pay” is the price after any discount, without sales tax or VAT, and less any refund.

• Your link: add ?ref=your-code to any tonalbrain.com page. We remember the click for 60 days in a cookie on the visitor's browser. If the visitor clicks another partner's link before they become a customer, the later link counts.
• Your discount code: a buyer who enters it at checkout becomes your customer, if no other partner brought them first.
• A person becomes your customer when they create their TonalBrain account through your link, or when they buy through your link or code and no other partner brought them first. After that, they stay your customer for the full 12 months, even if they later use another partner's link or code.
• Purchases with your own account do not earn commission.

Cookies can be blocked or deleted, and people change browsers. We cannot promise to track every sale. Our records decide.

• Commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment. This covers our refund period.
• We pay once a month by PayPal, to the PayPal address you gave us. If PayPal does not work in your country, tell us and we will agree on another way.
• PayPal may charge you a fee to receive the payment. We do not take any fee of our own.
• If we refund a sale after we paid you for it, we take that commission off your next payout.
• You are responsible for your own taxes on what we pay you.

Say clearly that you earn a commission when people buy through your link or code, every time you share them: in the video, the post or the article, not only on a separate page. Many countries require this by law.

• Do not buy ads on our brand name. This includes “TonalBrain”, misspellings of it, and our product names, as search keywords or in ad text.
• Do not post your code on coupon-code sites or in browser extensions that collect codes. Audio deal sites and newsletters are welcome as partners: ask us first.
• Do not send spam, and do not use your link or code in ways that mislead people.
• Do not make claims about TonalBrain that are not true, and do not say that you speak for TonalBrain.
• Do not create accounts or purchases to earn commission for yourself.

If you break these terms, we can hold or cancel commission on the sales concerned and end your partnership.

We can change these terms or end the programme, or your partnership, at any time. We tell you by email before a change takes effect. When a partnership ends, we pay the commission you earned on sales before the end date, as long as you followed these terms.

You can leave the programme at any time by telling us.
