Presets, edits and intensity

Each analysis is saved as a preset, so you can change any setting, compare presets and go back to the suggestion at any time.

Presets

Each time that you click GET SUGGESTIONS, the plugin saves the result as a new preset for all tracks: “Preset 1”, “Preset 2” and so on. Your earlier presets stay in the preset menu, so you can compare results.

The selector next to the menu sets what a preset change does:

  • ALL TRACKS (default): all tracks change to the selected preset. Use this to compare two complete mixes.
  • THIS TRACK: only the track in the window changes. An analysis always includes all tracks.

Your edits

You can change any setting after an analysis. The plugin keeps your changes in the preset, and the preset name shows “*”, for example “Preset 3 *”. When you change to a different preset and back, your changes are still there.

To do thisDo this
Go back to the suggestionClick the round-arrow button next to the preset menu, then Revert to AI Settings. This removes your changes to this preset on all tracks.
Keep your versionPreset menu > Save as new preset.... Your changes go into the new preset. The original preset goes back to the suggestion.
Rename a presetPreset menu > Rename this preset...
Delete a presetPreset menu > Delete this preset..., then select all tracks or this track only.

Intensity

The EQ and the compressor each have an INTENSITY slider. Use it before you edit single knobs.

  • Drag to the left for less processing, to the right for more. AI is the suggestion.
  • Double-click the slider to go back to AI.
